From Grindelwald, the official Bussalp Bike Mountain Bike Route (No. 342) leads over approximately 19 kilometers and 900 meters of altitude difference to Bussalp. A varied tour on asphalt, natural roads and single trails with magnificent views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

How many seats does the restaurant have?

Our mountain restaurant has a total of around 100 seats.

This includes a separate room for around 40 people, ideal for groups, parties or corporate events.
There are also cozy niches with space for around 16 people.

You can reach Bussalp in various ways:

With the Grindelwald bus
Easy journey by bus from Grindelwald. All connections can be found in the official Grindelwald bus timetable.

On foot or by bike
Sporty guests can also reach Bussalp while hiking or mountain biking and enjoy the view.

Are there driving permits for Bussalp?

A limited number of driving permits are available for people with reduced mobility.
These can be requested directly at the restaurant in advance.

Are there overnight accommodations on Bussalp?

There are currently no overnight accommodations directly on Bussalp.
